    • Otha Earley Miller, 59 of Point Pleasant, the brother of Samuel Miller of Evans, died Thursday in Point Pleasant Valley Hospital, after a short illness.
      He ws a retired employee of Foote Mineral Corp.
      Additional survivors; son James Leroy of Columbus, OH, daughters Mrs. LuAnn Wayne of Logan, OH Mrs. Stella Johnson and Mrs Dollie Ratcliff, both of Columbus, OH; brother, Clyde Miller of Johnstown, OH, and sister Mrs. Zina Hughes of Columbus, OH, eight grandchildren.
      Service was Sunday in Creston United Methodist Church, Mason County, Burial was in Creston Cemetery.
