    • Iva Hoschar Smith
      Iva Hoschar Smith, 96, of Parkersburg, died April 23, 1996, at Camden-C la rk Memorial Hospital.
      She was born in Evans, a daughter of the late John and Martha Rhodes Hos ch ar. She was employed by U.S. Quarry Tile Co. for 25 years. She w as a mem ber of the Fairlawn Baptist Church, Washington.
      Surviving are one daughter, Evelyn Rowley Craven of Parkersburg; sev er al grandchildren; great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildre n; a nd three step-grandchildren, nine step-great-grandchildren.
      She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence R. Smith; several b ro thers; and several sisters.
      Services were held on Wednesday, at Leavitt Funeral Home, with bu ri al in Evergreen South Cemetery.
      The 1920 census has them as him 57 her 52. Also have birth as Feb. 2, 18 64 .
