Sheridan D. Barnette
Sheridan Donald (Barney) Barnette, 86 of Mineral Wells, Route 2, died Sa tu rday evening, March 10, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was retired fro the FMC Division of American Viscose after 37 y ea rs of service.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, dora E. Hughes Barnette; t ow so ns Sheridan W. (Babe) Barnette of Lancaster, OH, and Donald W. "Jac k" Barn ette of Mineral Wells; one sister Mary Johnson of Columbus OH; eig ht grand children , nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephew s.
He was preceded in death by one son Starling E. "Tuney" Barnette, four b ro thers and two sisters.
Services will be 2:30 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the Leavitt Funeral H om e, Parkersburg, with the Rev. Ronal Daoley officiating, Buri al wi ll be in the Mount Zion Cemetery at Mineral Wells.
