Arlington National Cemetery
Because of a very popular National Geographic Movie this national cemetery as become known as the Arlington Field Of Honor,it is the burial site from President Kennedy to the lowest ranking veteran.
I worked at the Navy Annex, Federal Building Number 2 (Pentagon being Number 1) for many years. The Navy Annex is adjacent to Arlington National Cemetery. There was rarely a day that went by that there was not a funeral. Some funerals were just a very simple service others were full with full military honors, including caparisoned (riderless) horse, commonly referred to as "Black Jack" and the caisson drawn by six white horses.
