William K. Bowen, 63, of New Haven died Wednesday, May 14, 1997, at Pleasant Valley Hospital following a sudden illness.
Born October 15,1933 in Lawrence County, Ohio, he was a son of the late William H. and Fanny M. (Lily)Bowen. He was an aluminum plant supervisor as well as an avid Denver Bronco fan and country music
listener. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Alma Bowen; a sister; and two brothers. Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Margie and Alan Vetter, Penny Bowen and Barbara and Perry Martin, all of Owensboro, KY; and four grandchildren.
Service will be Sunday, May 18, at 1 p.m. in Deal & Brown Funeral Home, Point Pleasant Burial will follow in Rome- Proctorville Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday from 6 to 9
p.m.
